These terms cover your use of Money Tracker, a web and mobile app operated by TheMagne LLC (“we”, “us”). By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to what’s below.

The service

Money Tracker lets you track personal finances and the bookkeeping of one or more businesses in separate ledgers, with budgets, reports, and AI-assisted reading of receipts and bank statements. It is a bookkeeping tool, not tax, legal, or financial advice. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own filings.

Subscription & billing

The plan is $67 per month, billed to the card you provide.
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required at signup, but nothing is charged until day 7.
If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your card is charged $67, then automatically every month on the same date.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your full card number.

Cancellation

Cancel before day 7 and you pay $0. You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing page in one click. When you cancel a paid subscription, it stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the month you already paid for.

Refund policy

The 7-day free trial is your risk-free window to decide. Because you get a full week to test everything before any charge, monthly payments after the trial are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you were charged by mistake — for example a failed cancellation or a duplicate charge — email us and we’ll make it right. Cancel anytime to stop all future charges.

Your data

Your books are yours. Data is encrypted, kept private to your account, and never sold. You can export or delete your data. If you close your account, we remove your data within a reasonable period, except records we’re required to keep.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app for anything illegal, don’t try to break or overload it, and don’t resell access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or charge back valid payments.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms or the price; if the price changes, current subscribers get notice before their next renewal. Questions, cancellations, or refund requests: contact us. Governing law is the State of Tennessee, USA.
